Caramel Apple Turnover
We used Pepperidge Farm's Puff Pastry for the dough ont this delicious Caramel Apple Turnover.
Simply cut the pastry into squares, place some chopped up apples on one side then top with a couple of caramels. Fold the dough over and pinch with your fingers or a fork to seal. Brush the top with egg whites and sprinkle with a little sugar. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 5 to 10 minutes watching that it doesn't burn.
