Papa Joe's Italian S Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Makes about 4 dozen depending on the size of your cookies

6 eggs
2 cups sugar
6 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 sticks soft butter
7 cups flour

Beat the eggs then add the vanilla and butter.  When smooth, add the sugar.  Mix together the flour and baking powder then slowly add to the egg mixture.  You can do this in a mixer on the slowest setting.  Take a scoop of dough, about 2

I Want to Sit on My Rooster
It was only 12 hours ago, but it's so funny...It's like it just happened and I can hardly keep from laughing. Last night we ended up taking the kids to a movie.
